This is a nice place near the clock tower, affordable and good place to have a quick stop. The waitress are very friendly and helpful.
We are visiting Venice from Taiwan and feel so happy to have our breakfast at Pasticceria Palazzo - great service and delicious cappuccino & pastries! We highly recommend it!
Delicious coffee, pastry and other deserts for a very low price. A must visit in this area! :)

Ho ordinato una torta di compleanno alla Pasticceria Palazzo e l’esperienza è stata eccellente.
Abbiamo avuto qualche scambio di idee dove ho ricevuto diverse proposte basate sui nostri ingredienti preferiti. Il risultato finale? Una bavarese al tè matcha con vaniglia e gelée ai lamponi: la torta è risultata esattamente come speravo, bellissima e deliziosa.

I ordered a birthday cake from Pasticceria Palazzo and the experience was excellent. We exchanged ideas, and I received several suggestions based on our favorite ingredients. The final result? A matcha tea bavarois with vanilla and raspberry jelly: the cake was exactly what I hoped for, beautiful and delicious. The owner was kind, helpful, and curious to hear our thoughts afterwards—a true professional.

Il pasticcere Riccardo ha saputo preparare con professionalità e passione una torta con tanti strati di consistenze e ingredienti diversi ed è riuscito a creare la torta più buona che abbia mai mangiato.
Strati croccanti, morbidi e cremosi in una sola torta in cui i sapori si notano nettamente e si amalgamano in armonia.
Avevo richiesto una torta i cui strati si potessero assaporare ma qui le mie aspettative sono state nettamente superate. Caffè, caramello, cioccolato sono solo alcuni degli ingredienti e che dire..
Tutti gli invitati sono rimasti estasiati e sorpresi dalla bontà e la qualità degli ingredienti.
Un grazie speciale dunque a tutto lo staff!! Quando si lavora con passione si sente!

The best cake ever!! The pastry chef Riccardo was able to prepare with professionalism and passion a cake with many layers of different consistencies and ingredients and he managed to create the best cake I have ever eaten. Crispy, soft and creamy layers in a single cake in which the flavors are clearly noticeable and blend harmoniously. I had asked for a cake whose layers could be tasted but here my expectations were clearly exceeded. Coffee, caramel, chocolate are just some of the ingredients and what can I say... All the guests were ecstatic and surprised by the goodness and quality of the ingredients. A special thanks therefore to all the staff!! When you work with passion you can feel it! If you have special requests come in and ask, you will certainly not be disappointed!
Dopo un tour di tutte le pasticcerie della zona, io e il mio collega Andrea possiamo tranquillamente dire che qui si trovano le migliori frittelle Veneziane di Mestre. Consigliatissimo anche per simpatia e servizio dei ragazzi al banco.
